Text this: Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, inviting the attention of the Senate to the bill (S. 1082) to prevent the manufacture and sale of alcoholic liquors in the District of Columbia, and the fact that it does not contain any provision permitting the executive departments of the government to receive, store in the District of Columbia, or issue grain alcohol for medicinal purposes to the government stations outside of the District of Columbia.
