Text this: Letter from the Secretary of the Interior, transmitting, in response to Senate Resolution of March 18, 1904, the report of the Acting Commissioner of Pensions, containing a copy of the order referred to in said resolution, and also submitting a brief review of pension legislation and the administration thereof in the Interior Department.
