Letter from the Postmaster-General, transmitting, in response to the Resolution of the Senate of December 17, 1903, a list of buildings in the District of Columbia rented for departmental offices, a list of post-offices of the third class in the various states and territories, and a list of buildings rented for post-offices of the first and second classes, together with the stations connected therewith, and the annual rental in each case.
