Text this: Letter from the Secretary of the Treasury, transmitting copies of letters from the Assistant Treasurer at Boston and the Assistant Treasurer at Chicago asking for an increase in the clerical force in their respective offices and recommending that provision therefor be made in the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial appropriation bill.
