Repeal of a provision of the Sundry Civil Act. Letter from the Acting Secretary of the Treasury, submitting recommendations by the Second Comptroller and Second and Third Auditors that the provisions of the Sundry Civil Act which require that all accounts resulting from the disbursements of the appropriations for the Signal Service or Corps shall be audited by the Third Auditor and Second Comptroller of the Treasury be repealed.
