Regimental bands for the Army. Letter from the Secretary of War, inclosing letter from Chief Musician Charles Lamar, Twenty-first Infantry, and a petition from the members of the band of that regiment, asking that the provisions of House bill No. 5944, "to reorganize the band of the United States Military Academy," may be extended so as to apply to the regimental bands of the Army.
