Text this: Letter of the Secretary of the Treasury, communicating, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of the 4th of December, 1866, the report of the Secretary of War in relation to the amount of money paid, or ordered to be paid, since the 18th day of May last, to the several newspapers published in the District of Columbia, for advertising notices and proposals for the War Department.
