Letter from the Chief Clerk of the War Department, transmitting proceedings of a board of survey, held in camp on Washita River, Texas, April 15, 1875, to investigate the causes of a fire at the same place and date, and recommending that a gratuitous issue of clothing be made to five soldiers of Company C, Sixth Cavalry, in place of that destroyed by the fire.
