Text this: Resolutions of the Legislature of Minnesota, in favor of a grant of land to aid in the construction of a railroad from the head of Lake Superior to the Pacific Ocean; and also the construction of a railroad from the Falls of St. Anthony to a point of junction with the Northern Pacific Railroad, on the Red River of the north.
