Resolutions of the Legislature of Kansas, in favor of indemnifying the loyal citizens of Kansas for losses by guerillas; also, in favor of granting pensions to the windows and minor children of such loyal citizens of said state as have been killed by guerillas; also, in favor of payment to said state for expenses incurred in calling out and subsisting the militia of the state defence during the present rebellion.
