Text this: Memorial of the legislative assembly of New Mexico, praying that provision may be made for the redemption of Indian captives held in servitude in that territory, and their return to their respective tribes, agreeably to the provisions of the act approved June 19, 1862, to secure freedom to all persons within the territories of the United States.
