Memorial of a committee appointed at a meeting of the creditors of Texas, held in the City of Washington, on the 14th of April, 1852, praying the payment of such creditors of the late Republic of Texas as are comprehended by the Act of Congress of September 9, 1850, in the manner proposed by the Secretary of the Treasury, in his report of September 13, 1851.
