Text this: Joint resolution of the Legislature of the State of Iowa, in favor of a grant of land to aid in the construction of a railroad from the northern boundary of Iowa, at a point where the St. Paul and Minneapolis railroad intersects said boundary, to Sioux City, on the Missouri River.
