Text this: Report of the Secretary of War, in compliance with a resolution of the Senate of the 16th of August last, calling for information respecting the ice-breaker and breakwater at the entrance of Delaware Bay, the erection of a mole or pier opposite thereto, and a marine hospital at Lewistown; also for the construction of a breakwater on Crow Shoal.
