Text this: Resolutions of the General Assembly of Arkansas, against the incorporation of a national bank; against a system of internal improvements other than for purposes clearly national in their nature and character; and in favor of a modification of the present tariff, so as to reduce it to the necessary wants of an economical administration of the government.
