Letter from the Comptroller of the Treasury, transmitting a list of balances on the books of the Second and Third Auditors of the Treasury, which have remained due more than three years prior to the 30th September, 1820, a list of the names of persons who have failed to render their accounts to the said Auditors within the year; and a list of advances made prior to 3d March, 1809, by the War Department, which remained to be accounted for on the books of the Third Auditor of the Treasury on 30th September, 1820.
