Memorial of the Legislature of Louisiana, praying for the final adjustment of land titles in the State of Louisiana and particularly for the settlement of the land claims in said state known by the names of the De Bastrop and Maison Rouge Grants. Also, praying for the grant of lands, in certain cases, to aid the internal improvement of said state, and for other purposes.
