Description
Summary:Miriam Blaylock collects Renaissance art, ancient Egyptian pendants, lovers, souls. Alive and fashionably chic in Manhattan, Miriam is an ageless vampire. She subsists on the blood of her lovers, who do not age -- until she has had enough of them. John, her partner of 200 years, is currently in that position and is expected to die in the next 24 hours. He seeks help from a geriatric researcher who does not believe his story. Miriam soon eyes the woman as a replacement for John as she gets pulled into their triangle of sex, blood and desire.
