Memorial from the Legislature of the State of Alabama, to the Congress of the United States, requesting that certain settlers on the public lands who were entitled to pre-emptions under the act of the 19th June 1834, but whose settlements were included in the location of reservation under certain Indian treaties, may be granted the right to enter one quarter section of the public lands at the minimum price, either in Alabama or Mississippi.
