Text this: Letter from the Comptroller of the Treasury transmitting a statement of such officers as have not rendered their accounts, &c.; a statement of balances on the books of his office which have remained unsettled more than three years; and an abstract of moneys advanced prior to the 3d of March, 1809, which remain to be accounted for.
