Email Record: Message from the President of the United States transmitting a report of activity under authority of Public Law 875, 81st Congress, as amended, and required by section 8 of such law, relating to funds which have been appropriated to accomplish the Federal assistance determined eligible under this authority are specifically appropriated to the President for purposes of disaster relief.
