Summary:Esteban Peicovich interviews poet and essayist Noni Benegas. Benegas was born in the neighborhood of Caballito, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has been residing in Spain for the past 23 years since she left in 1977. She edited Ellas tienen la palabra, a work that consist of two decades of Spanish poetry written by women, with the aid of Jesus Munares, founder and director of the publishing house Himperion. Benegas talks about what her return to Buenos Aires has been like. She tells of where she was situated in Europe and tells of her original home in Buenos Aires. She reads from her work La balsa de la Medussa and Peicovich reads a review of her work. Benegas also tells about her arrival in Spain and her exposure to the vocabulary. She explains how she approached Ellas tienen la palabra and its intent. Throughout the interview Benegas reads several of her own works including a poem entitled El ministerio.
