Description
Summary:The prologue to the dialogue between Esteban Peicovich and Camila Amortegui is played, where Peicovich reads a poem dedicated to Shakespeare by Marin Sorescu, from Sorescu's book La juventud de Don Quixote. Esteban Peicovich interviews Sergio Amigo, Diana Kamen, Florencia Vaser, Jisela Jimenez, Martin Dauria, and Martin Wolfe. Together, they form Grupo Cabeza del Jabali or Boar's Head Group. Grupo de Cabeza de Jabali focus on the early work of William Shakespeare, namely his 154 sonnets which were dedicated to Shakespeare. They group was formed in 1994 and is dedicated to studying and experimenting with Shakespeare's texts. Amigo explains the root of the group's name from Henry V and what they do as a group in their presentation of the sonnets. Kamen, Vaser, and Jimenez share the characters they aspire to play out the most and explain why. Amigo tells of their presentation for children of Comedia de Errores or Comedy of Errors. Wolfe and Dauria explain their roles in the group and tell of the character he would most like to portray. Dauria is primarily their saxophonist, and accompanies all of their performances. Kamen explains the intent in the given sonnets and tells how they go about their presentations. Amigo also explains what they attempt to do through their presentation and explains the set up of their presentation. They each present selected sonnets.
