Sequestration Transparency Act of 2012 : report of the Committee on the Budget, House of Representatives, to accompany H.R. 5872, a bill to require the President to provide a report detailing the sequester required by the Budget Control Act of 2011 on January 2, 2013, having considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as amended do pass, together with minority views.
