His works have been translated into English, French, and Italian. Houlin was born in Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe, Argentina. Houlin has published his first book in a trilogy, Lugar. Braceli talks about the formation and content of his book, La misa humana. He talks about work he has done compiling essays. Braceli talks about his work in theatre and its relation to poetry. He also talks about the relation to poetry the dialogues in his latest novel have. Braceli reads a fragment from La misa humana and Peicovich recites work by Joaquin Giannuzzi. Houlin talks about the origins of his name and ancestral family. He talks about the beginning of his relationship with poetry, the formation of his career as a poet, and of how poetry should be treated by writers, publishers, and readers. Houlin recites some of his own work. The next book in Houlin's trilogy is Sacro followed by Catalogos, neither which have been published.
