Lozano was born in Cordoba, Argentina in 1964. He attended the National University of Cordoba, where he began writing numerous essays. He has received more than 39 national and international awards for his work. Lozano has done work about several authors and especially about writer Silvina Ocampo. Lozano talks about his passion for poetry and essays. He talks about influential writers that inspired his start as a short story writer. He also talks about his brief encounter with Jorge Luis Borges and how it led to his studying of Santiago Dabove. Lozano talks much about the life of Dabove. Lozano then reads some of his own work.
