Tedesco was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1941. He talks about writing as a way to make sense of things. He particularly talks about poetry, what it has the power to convey, and why others shouldn't shy away from writing poetry. Tedesco talks about the importance of the imagination and Peicovich talks about how radio encourages it and helps it grow. Tedesco talks about certain poets he came to know through the radio, such as Dylan Thomas. As an editor, Tedesco has edited over 1000 titles in the past 14 years. He has published several books which are not further discussed including: Los objetos del miedo (1970), Cuerpo (1975), Paisajes (1980), and Reino sentimental (1985).
