Description
Summary:Esteban Peicovich interviews writers Amalia Cernadas and Carmen Iriondo, psychoanalyst. Iriondo talks about what she experienced at the book fair and why she enjoyed it. Cernadas explains why she didn't go to the book fair at all. She discusses how she feels about the publishing of her first work, Llamaradas blancas en lo espeso del bosque. Iriondo expresses the mixed feelings of excitement and anxiety that occur when publishing a novel. She talks about the aspects of poetry that aren't contained within the practice of psychoanalyzing. Cernadas talks about how poetry is formed. She also talks about the recurring theme that has been in her poetry since the age of 16, and how the approach she has in writing the same theme has changed. Although not discussed, Iriondo has published several works including La nina pandereta. Peicovich reads a poem by Roman poet Marin Sorescu, untitled. Cernadas and Iriondo each read some of their own poems.
