Herrera talks about what he is currently writing, including prose, critiques, translations, and not poetry. He talks about his latest work, and what his intended impact was. Peicovich and Herrera discuss the rules that come into play when writing different genres. However, they discuss how the characteristics of poetry have changed little and they debate whether popular poets lack depth. Herrera explains why he particularly lacks interest in poetry, but has a particular interest in translating Italian writing. Herrera began publishing in 1975. Works which are not discussed include, Estudios de la soledad, La ilucion de las formas, and Espera de la poesia. |
