Summary:	"The Third Intergovernmental Meeting on the Establishment of the Central Asian and Caucasus Regional Fisheries and Aquaculture Commission was held in Trabzon, Turkey, from 30 November to 1 December 2010. The Meeting was attended by delegations from eleven countries (Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan) and an observer from the Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TICA). The Meeting decided to convene a Preparatory Meeting to commence officially the preparations for the inaugural meeting of the Commission. The first session of the Preparatory Meeting discussed, amended and approved through consensus the "Rules of Procedure for the Central Asian and Caucasus Regional Fisheries and Aquaculture Commission", the draft "5-Year Regional Work Programme (2011-2015)" of the Commission, the budget for the first financial period of the Commission and the methodology for calculation of the scale of contributions by members to the administrative budget of the Commission. The approved documents are to be presented to the inaugural meeting of the Commission for endorsement."--P. iv.
