Backer-Sommervogel (see citation below) describes an edition printed in 1713 in Mexico by La Viuda de Miguel Ribera, and another printed in 1717 in Sevilla by Francisco de Leefdael; both of these have only 125 pages.
Translation possibly by Juan de Gamiz.
