Abstract:	"The computer programs in this report convert and process historical wind data downloaded from NOAA, convert significant wave heights to maximum wave heights using the method described in research report 0-6063-1, and computes maximum peak surge values at 20 bridges along the Texas Coast based on hurricane information"--from readme.txt file on disc.
