Pagination: volume 1: 12 unnumbered pages, 75 [that is, 475] pages, 1 leaf of plates ; volume 2: 477 pages, 3 unnumbered pages of advertising. Volume 2 dated 1712 but in fact published in 1711 (Cf. Foxon). Imprint of Volume 2 has in addition "E. Curl and R. Gosling." Originally issued in monthly parts, the first having preliminaries that were excised in favor of revised volume preliminaries.
