Abstract:	This product is formatted as a chapter to be included in a current or future TxDOT manual. The chapter presents guidance on the use and placement of selected treatments to accommodate pedestrian accessibility at signalized intersections. Specific accommodations discussed in the chapter include curb ramps and blended transitions, accessible pedestrian signals, and countdown pedestrian signals.
