The Congress met from February 24 to October 31, 1822, was dissolved by order of Iturbide and met again from March 7 to October 30, 1823. From November 2, 1822 to March 6, 1823 its place was taken by the Junta nacional instituyente.
With volume 3 is bound its "Sesiones extraordinarias del Congreso constituyente, con motivo del arresto de algunos señores diputados". México, 1822.
