Abstract:In 2005, roundwood output from Oklahoma's forests totaled 119 million cubic feet. Mill byproducts generated from primary manufacturers totaled 54 million cubic feet. Almost all plant residue was used primarily for fuel and fiber products. Saw logs were the leading roundwood product at 61 million cubic feet; pulpwood ranked second at 37 million cubic feet. There were 107 primary processing plants operating in Oklahoma in 2005. Receipts totaled 149 million cubic feet.
