Ballu, a notorious villain and murderer, is captured by police inspector Ram Sinha. When Ballu escapes, Sinha's girlfriend, Ganga, a prison guard, goes undercover as a belly dancer in order to recapture him. But Ballu and Ganga begin to develop a mutual attraction.
