Mr. Nelson, from the Committee of Claims, made the following report: The Committee of Claims, to whom was referred the petition of the American Colonization Society, praying remuneration for the support of certain Africans recaptured from the slaver Pons by the United States ship Yorktown, having had the same under consideration report.
