Based on data about waste types and inventories, the project objectives were to provide examples of national approaches when outlining appropriate strategies for decommissioning waste disposal, to assess the performance of the typical waste streams relevant to these activities, and to indicate specific aspects of the disposal of waste derived from the decommissioning.
