Description
Item Description:"Dialogue de l'ombre double is a work for B flat clarinet solo. It consists of Sigle initial, 6 Strophes linked by 5 Transitions and Sigle final. The Strophes are to be played live by the clarinetist on stage; Sigle intial, Transitions and Sigle final are to be pre-recorded (preferably by the same slarinetist) and played back through loudspeakers in dialogue with the clarinetist on stage ... There are two versions of the work: one where the Strophes and Transitions are numbered in Roman numerals, and another where the Strophes and Transitions are numbered in Arabic numerals, the two versions are called "version aux chiffres romains" and "version aux chiffres arabes" respectively. Either version can be played independently of the other. Bound scores of both versions are included for the use of the sound engineers, as well as a booklet of technical instructions and data for recording and playting the tape."--P. 2 of cover.
