The 3rd edition issued the same year under title "The sale of the House of peers, or, Ways and means for 1782," is dedicated "to the most contemptible man in His Majesty's dominions," and does not contain the "conciliatory dedication" and "fragment" of this issue.--NUC pre-1956.
