A proposal humbly offer'd to the consideration of the members of the legislature for raising a certain yearly revenue to the crown by a new act of Parliament to be made for the better regulating of measure in respect to liquors : as wine, brandy, rum, cyder, beer, ale, mum, &c. : such as are vended in publick houses, cellars, vaults : or otherwise in glass bottles, stone, or other earthen vessels, within the kingdoms of Great Britain, Wales, or town of Berwick upon Tweed.
