The Honour and advantage of Great Britain, in a general act of redemption for insolvent debtors : humbly offer'd to the consideration of the first British Parliament upon the following reasons, viz., I. because trade is very dull, II. private credit sunk, III. money scarce, IV. the seas hazardous, V. because we are engag'd in a long and expensive war by which means all nations naturally become poor, and so, of consequence, objects of pity and universal concern, to all wise and consciencious governors.
