This is to give notice, that, by virtue of the several acts of Parliament for granting a duty upon houses and windows or lights, an additional duty on houses (or Commutation tax), a duty upon inhabited houses, and a duty upon male servants, and also an act for transferring certain duties therein mentioned from the Commissioners of Excise and Stamps, respectively, to the Commissioners for the Affairs of Taxes ...
