First issue, having the words "Stamp act" on t.-p. in small capitals, and without Die Mercurii, 11⁰ Martii, 1766, at head of page 3. At the second reading of the bill to repeal the Stamp act, Mar. 11, 1766, it was passed by the Lords 105 to 71.
