Project for the reclamation of one million acres of wastelands, in Ireland : by colonies of her present surplus and unemployed population, whose labor should, in the first instance, render those lands available for their own support, and finally, in a period of twenty-one years, convert them into a considerable and permanent item of revenue, in the shape of crown lands, while the habits and condition of that population should be progressively and essentially improved.
