Item Description:	Issued in slipcase. "This book has been designed and printed in an edition of four hundred copies by James Wehlage at the Tuscan Press in Novato, California. The paper is Mohawk, Superfine. The text is composed in Adobe Caslon. The illustrations have been scanned and printed by offset at the Tuscan Press. The decorative papers are adapted from a pattern engraved by John DePol. The binding was done at Cardoza-James Bindery in San Francisco. The box was made by John DeMerritt."--Colophon.
