Item Description:Concerning additional taxes proposed for the support of the federal government and an army of 25,000 men, and endorsing Caleb Strong for governor of Massachusetts.
Imprint date determined from textual evidence. In a handbill, entitled, "Crush treason! Defeat intrigue!! Save the Union!!!" issued from the office of the National aegis, this broadside is ascribed to the press of the Massachusetts spy, which was printed by Isaac Sturtevant at this time.
Erroneously dated [1800] by Evans 37328.
