Attributed to Cotton Mather by Holmes.
Evans records the imprint as "Printed by B. Green. Sold by Timothy Green" but locates no copy and presumably refers to the present issue. Another issue, not in Evans, has imprint "Printed by Timothy Green. sold by Daniel Henchman." and is recorded as Holmes 50. Holmes, however, does not record the present issue.
