The Norfolk Plan of discipline was prepared by William Windham and George Townshend. Statement of authorization signed by Francis Bernard, governor of Massachusetts.
Evidently a reissue of the 1768 edition (Evans 11121), with the addition of a half-title and page 105+. The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, lacks all p. after 106.
Not recorded by Evans or Bristol. Recorded by Shipton & Mooney as Evans 11121, though described as a reissue; filmed as 11121 in the Readex Early American imprints series.
